Un assassino in fuga trova rifugio nella casa isolata di due giovani e seducenti sorelle
Ettore, a lethal hired assassin, is consumed by the guilt of killing an innocent girl, which haunts him through horrific hallucinations, produced by the early symptoms of schizophrenia. Tormented, he decides to retire, but Claudio, the Manager, refuses to let him leave his organization alive. Severely wounded in an ambush, Ettore finds refuge in the forest home of two mysterious sisters, Betta and Sara. Searching for the missing hitman, Claudio contacts Musolino, a corrupt policeman. As Ettore's sinister visions intensify to the point of questioning reality itself, his attraction to the strange young Sara grows increasingly disturbing until the sisters reveal their chilling truth.
